With the spring season comes warmer weather (or so I’m told), and one of my favorite Customer Experience-related events, CX18 hosted by Genesys. Avtex is proud to be a sponsor and exhibitor for CX18.  We’ve sponsored the last several Genesys CX events – and Interactions before the Genesys acquisition of Interactive Intelligence – and have enjoyed the event more and more each year.

There are many reasons Avtex chooses to sponsor, exhibit and attend CX18, including the event’s:

  • Peer networking: It isn’t often that thousands of CX professionals and technology experts converge in a single location. CX18 brings together professionals from all over the world, from a wide array of industries. The opportunity to network with like-minded professionals is unique and the conversations that will take place throughout the event are likely to be nothing short of enlightening and enjoyable.
  • Quality of content: The educational courses, presentations and overall discussions that take place at CX18 are second to none. Anyone looking to learn about CX or supporting technologies has access to a wealth of information, experts and advice throughout the event.
  • Technology focus: Effective technology drives effective CX and creates truly differentiated experiences. The technology-focused content at CX18 offers invaluable insight into CX-supporting technologies like contact center, workforce management and so much more. Anyone interested in the technology side of CX will benefit from the wealth of content available throughout the event.
  • The innovation on display: I don’t know about you, but I can’t stop thinking about the next big thing that will drive customer relationships. I’m always curious to see how CX professionals are leveraging technology and strategy in new and innovative ways to deepen customer relationships. CX18 offers a window into the exciting innovation taking place within the industry. Our own recently released innovation, InteractionSync for PureCloud will be on display.

Each of these factors drives our commitment to sponsoring and attending CX18, but it is YOU, our clients, that really make sponsoring and attending CX18 and other events worthwhile. We love the chance to spend time with our clients, to better get to know you as individuals and as organizations. We want to continually strengthen our relationship with you, and learning events like CX18 provide a great environment to do just that.

We’ll have a strong presence at CX18 this year, with many of our team members planning to attend. The team will be making the rounds during the event to engage with peers and thought leaders. Of course, we’ll set up shop in our booth, #43, so be sure to stop by and visit. At the booth, our CX strategy and technology experts will be on hand to answer questions, offer advice and engage in conversation regarding your specific CX or technology goals. Just by stopping by, you’ll have the chance to enter into a drawing to win an Amazon Echo Show or Apple Watch.

The show floor isn’t the only place where Avtex will make its mark on CX18. Our own Chief Experience Officer, Kurt Schroeder, will offer his insight on creating customer admiration. Kurt’s presentation, “Turning Your Contact Center into a Source of Customer Admiration,” is part of the Partner Track of breakout sessions. During his chat, Kurt offers insight into the importance of projecting warmth and competency during contact center interactions, the science and research demonstrating the importance of these attributes, and the barriers many organizations face when attempting to develop them. It’s sure to be a funny and enlightening presentation.

If you plan on attending CX18, I encourage you to stop by to say hello.
