MINNEAPOLIS, MN – July 16, 2018 – Avtex, a customer experience (CX) focused consulting and technology company, announced today its partnership with Medallia, the global leader in customer experience management.

Medallia is a premier CX software company whose client list includes the world’s largest companies and organizations. Their platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, collects and combines customer experience data with analytics engines to fuel action management for organizations to make drastic improvements for their customer interactions at every level.

The dedicated CX consulting group at Avtex will help organizations develop specific actions based on the use of Medallia’s Experience Cloud™, to take steps toward overall CX improvement. The combination of CX strategy and technology innovation services offered by Avtex, and the powerful learning and reporting functionality of Medallia Experience Cloud, will help clients accelerate CX goals and develop deeper relationships with customers.
