Kurt Schroder is the Chief Experience Officer of Avtex. Kurt has a deep passion and expertise in helping clients with their most difficult customer experience issues. Kurt has worked in the CX consulting field for over three decades for a variety of organizations. He has held leadership positions ranging from Principle, Vice President and Director for the consulting organizations he has been associated with. Kurt is zealous about helping clients thrive in the experience economy. He has been featured in the Business Journal, and is regularly asked to speak at various conferences and events. He is often asked to share his customer experience point of view with board of directors as they are setting strategy for the future. His industry expertise ranges from financial services and insurance to manufacturing and agriculture. Most of his career has been spent solving business challenges in the front facing functions of an organization; sales, marketing and customer service. Kurt and his wife of 35 years have two amazing daughters and in their spare time provide mentoring to couples needing encouragement in their marriage.
