Microsoft Lync End User Adoption and Training
Microsoft Lync is a powerful collaboration platform, but as with all technologies you only get a return on your investment if it is truly leveraged and adopted by the end users within your organization. With that in mind, for February the UCUG will take a step back from the "bits and bytes" and discuss how to train and educate your users on the benefits of Microsoft Lync technologies to encourage full adoption.
This session will be presented by both technical and training staff, with the following specific areas covered:
- Available training resources from Microsoft and others
- How to introduce Lync - what features to start with, what to roll out when, etc.
- Recommended approach to educating users - classroom vs. self-help/online
We'll follow with some Q&A time for the trainers and other resources in attendance.
