Avtex University is an onboarding program designed to help recent college graduates successfully transition from college to working at Avtex.  Avtex U was born out of a desire to hire recent graduates with technical degrees but who required additional training to specialize on the technologies in use at Avtex. 

Avtex U takes place over 12 weeks and takes new employees through several steps including orientation, professional development and technical training.  Currently the program is focusing on two primary technical tracks, one for the software application developer and the other for technical engineers specializing in voice, networking, and infrastructure.

During the orientation phase, new employees learn about Avtex, what we do and the solutions we provide.

New employees undergo training in soft skill development and consulting best practices.

The technical portion of the curriculum focus on technology fundamentals and certifications.

Each new employee is assigned a mentor who will help them throughout their first year at Avtex.
