As a .NET solutions developer at Avtex, you’ll:

- Work end-to-end on projects; meeting with clients, scoping out projects, designing, implementing and deploying solutions.

Required Experience / Why we’ll want to hire “you”!
- You’re experienced in a consulting environment. You’re knowledgeable about technology consulting and aren’t afraid to demonstrate your expertise. In fact, you love to do so.
- You get Microsoft Technologies. You have understanding of C#, .Net Framework, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. You’re familiar with Microsoft Development Platform: .Net 4.0 Framework; ASP .Net, CSS, Ajax, and JQuery; SQL Server Database development; SQL Server Reporting Services. You have a strong background in object oriented programming principles. Kudos if you hold Microsoft Developer Certifications.
- You know Methodologies and Frameworks. No one has to explain to you the meaning of Agile Methodologies, Entity Model Framework or NHibernate, Content Management Systems or Software Development Patterns.
- Your DNA is comprised of collaboration and communication. It’s been decoded. You can prove this. (Note: Scientific proof not required; anecdotal proof is expected.)
- Your communication skills are exceptional. You’re one of those “over communicators”. Your project team and your customer never have to guess the status of your work because you are in constant communication throughout the life of your project / deliverable.
- You’re an Over Achiever. You are energetic, assertive and you’re as dependable as Old Faithful. You have excellent customer service skills and a have a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. You’re committed to continual learning. (We’re always on the cutting edge of technology and pushing the envelope at Avtex, so you’ll have no problem keeping up!)
- Your clients love you. Your co-workers love you. Because of this and your proven results, you’re indispensable.
