Current openings include: Position: Project Engineer / Sales Engineer
Description: The Project Engineer is responsible for designing, validating, and quoting hardware, software and services for customers and prospects in the areas of Messaging, Contact Center, IP Telephony and IVR. The PE works closely with the sales force to provide technical sales support as required. Technical assistance is provided in the following areas; network infrastructure, telephony, server configuration, base software and custom application requirements. Participation in customer sales calls, design meetings, technical discussions, technical research, RFP support, and preparing Scope of Work documents is also an integral part of the Project Engineer role. In addition to demonstrating technical competence on Avtex product offerings, the ability to prepare and perform product demonstrations for customers and prospects is required. Prior experience with Call Centers, Telephony and IVR is preferred. Great people skills are required. |
