As COO & General Manager of the CX Engage business unit, Bryce Gibson manages a team focused on marketing, developing and deploying Contact Center solutions. Bryce has a strong track record of building and continuously evolving client service teams and offerings within growing technology organizations. Bryce has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years.
Bryce is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). As an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Bryce is an avid Badger fan and more recently graduated from the Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. In his spare time, Bryce enjoys experiencing the great outdoors with his wife and two children.
