Please note this certification process has nothing to do with revenue. Avtex was the first partner to complete this process and the only partner to complete it the first time through! This program was created to reward a select group of partners who demonstrate a commitment to Interactive Intelligence and to properly servicing and supporting Interactive Intelligence products installed in their customer base. Platinum Elite partners meet criteria such as adhering to a standardized implementation process, staying current on new product releases, and training in their organization.
