Avtex Wrap



The Avtex Wrap and Disposition application from Avtex allows for fast, straightforward disposition of any CIC interaction. When presented, the application provides up to three levels of disposition for fast resolution.


Disposition

  • One to twelve layers of conditional disposition dependent on the option selected previously – allowing for robust “top-down” disposition
  • Workgroup-to-Wrap mapping
  • Custom data-mapping based upon caller information
