Our all-purpose, hosted Basic Business User phone service with essential
business features, including a sophisticated Auto Attendant. Callers
are directed to dial by name, by extension or department, helping the fastest-growing
small enterprise have a very large presence. Standard are a compliment
of features such as voicemail, custom dialing directory, conference
on-the-fly (up to 3 parties), Hold, Mute, and Transfer.

our secure private network, achieving large-scale economies usually

Standard Features:
All of the features that you would expect are there including music
on hold, mute, transfer, speaker phone, do not disturb, message waiting light,
etc.
Conference:
Conference calling with most systems can be difficult and time consuming.
Our conferencing on demand makes conference calling easy and efficient.
Our Basic Business User option allows Conference calls with up to 3
parties per phone and can be initiated within seconds. There is no additional
charge for conference calls with iTELConnect.
Remote/Multiple Offices:
Remote users and branch offices can have full access to all of the
systems features by simply plugging their IP phone into an existing
network port. If they have access to the Internet their phone will
automatically connect to your system and begin taking calls. The system
will immediately begin to forward calls to the phone just as it did when
it was plugged in at the office. While away from the office, users still
have the ability to receive calls from the system, check voice messages (and
Email!) while using their mobile phone or any other phone at their location.
Multiple offices will look and feel as if they are all under one roof, including
4-digit extension dialing and the ability to include any employee regardless
of location into departmental call routing plans.
